Abstracts should be submitted through online submission platform at http://www.wpsaturkiyecongress.org/  by December 1, 2023.

Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Peer reviewing of the abstracts will be completed by two independent reviewers assessed by the scientific committee. The authors will be notified after peer reviewing stage was completed. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to ask for revision in the submitted abstract and to decide presentation type (oral/poster) of the abstract.

Notifications regarding the abstracts will be sent to the corresponding author by January 15, 2024  through the e-mail. Instructions for full text, poster or oral presentations will be included in notification of acceptance letter. The corresponding author is kindly asked to respond reviewer’s recommendations in due time.

Full texts collection depends on the authors wishes. The deadline for full text collection is March 01, 2024.

For each submitted abstract, at least one of the authors should register to the congress. The registration must be completed by March 1, 2024. Otherwise, the abstract will be removed from the program and the proceedings book. The maximum number of abstracts to be presented by per registered participant is 3.

PUBLICATION AS AN ARTICLE IN THE JOURNAL: 

if our participants wish, their full papers will be published as an article (full text) in the journal of Poultry Studies, after the journal referee process.

Articles must be edited in accordance with the journal writing rules and then sent directly to the journal. Our congress grant has no authority to act as a journal referee or publication. When submitting a publication to the journal, a letter of acceptance or a performance of your participation certificate has to be submitted to the journal by mail and notified that it was presented at the congress.
