Accommodation and Registration:

• Participants must fill out the registration form completely and send it along with the payment receipt or card information via e-mail to kongre@saltur.com.tr.
• You must specify the type of room and participation. (Exp: Sng. Room - Student)
• Participants who register as students are required to submit their student documents.
• If all the requested information is not submitted and the payment receipt is not sent, the registration confirmation will not be sent.
• Participants who will pay by credit card must provide their credit card information on the form.
• Persons who will attend as accompanying persons should contact the organisation secretariat for their requests.
• A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the applicant within 5 working days at the latest when all procedures are completed. Participants who have not received the confirmation e-mail can request it from kongre@saltur.com.tr. The congress registrations of the persons who have not received the confirmation e-mail are not considered to be completed.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

• An invoice will be issued by Saltur Turizm Ltd. Şti. to the participants whose registration procedures are completed, following the end of the congress.
• No registration confirmation will be given until the registration fees are deposited into the relevant bank account.
• Payments will be valid in the specified currency or at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Turkey on the day of sale.
• For registrations made after 15 February 2024, an additional 20% registration fee will be added on.
• For cancellations made until 15 February 2024, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
• No refund is possible for cancellations made on or after 15 February 2024.
• The name you will provide on the registration form will be included on the congress certificate. Make sure that the information is complete and accurate.
